How to set up sound recording on Windows Vista and Windows 7

Open the windows start menu and click on Control Panel.
Click on Hardware and Sound, and then on Sound.
Go to the Recording tab.
Right click on the blank area at the bottom of the main window and check 'Show Disabled Devices'.
Right click on Stereo Mix and check Enabled.
Restart WebCam Recorder.
